Background/Interictal/Activation

Ictal

High amplitude generalized spike-wave and polyspike-wave at a frequency of 3-6Hz, triggered by eye closure and intermittent photic stimulation.

CAUTION Slow spike-wave (<2.5Hz) is not seen.
