Infantile epileptic spasms syndrome
Acute provoked seizures with encephalopathy (e.g. hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, metabolic conditions)

CAUTION Certain genetic causes of EIDEE e.g. molybdenum cofactor deficiency and sulfite oxidase deficiency have imaging features that mimic hypoxic brain injury.
